Greg Acosta

Greg Acosta has served as our Vice President, Accounting, since June 2022. Mr. Acosta joined Castle in April 2019 as our Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting to support our initial public offering and establish our external financial reporting function. He was promoted to Senior Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting in January of 2021 and to Vice President of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting in July 2021. Mr. Acosta has over 17 years of experience in corporate financial reporting and technical accounting with companies such as Team Inc., Furmanite Corporation (acquired by Team Inc. in 2016) and The Laclede Group Inc. (now Spire Inc.). He also has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, equity-based compensation and various corporate governance matters. Mr. Acosta is a certified public accountant and holds a B.S. degree in accounting and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
